PBIS Reward Sounds Not Working

Only the teacher account is able to produce sounds when giving out points in PBIS whereas the SGI is not able to.

Please perform the following if you would like an SGI, TNT, SPED, etc to hear the sound.

1. Log into PBIS via Clever

2. Select "Groups" on the left side.

3. Select one of your Groups

4. On the top right, click on the Settings (Gear icon)

5. Click on "Edit Group"

6. Click on "EDIT OWNERS"

7. First search for the staff member, then click on "SAVE"

The staff member should now be able to hear feedback when giving out points.
