Step 1: Log in to your PBIS staff account through a Web Browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc) (https://www.pbisrewards.com/login/):
Step 2: On the first screen click "More Options", then click Clever:
Step 3: Once logged in, on the bottom left, click on "Login Auth Codes":
Step 4: Click on "Staff" to create an Authorization Code:
Step 5: Click on the "+" icon to generate a new code:
Step 6: A window prompt will appear showing your newly created Authorization Code. Save this code for your Phone/Tablet. (Image is edited for safety reasons).
Step 7: On your Phone/Tablet, launch the PBIS Staff app and tap on "I HAVE AN AUTHORIZATION CODE"
Step 8: Enter the Authorization Code you created earlier in Step 5.
You have now logged into your PBIS account for your mobile device:
I followed each step but my phone/tablet won't accept the Authorization Code. What else can I do?
- Confirm you have the latest version of the PBIS Staff app. If the app is out of date it may deny you access. You can either update or reinstall the app through your phone's "App Store".
